To create a table you need to add Amazon API keys to your profile. 

If you do not have Amazon API keys you will have to get them from Amazon. 

Once you have them, go to Profile > Account and add your Amazon Access Key ID and Amazon Associate Tracking Ids. 

Click save on both keys and then you will be able to create tables. If these keys are not added, you will not be able to create tables.
